They faced several key challenges: scaling paid media spend efficiently without seeing diminishing returns, balancing course sales with the growth of their Complete Package subscriptions, navigating rising advertising costs, particularly on Meta, while maintaining a profitable ROAS, and expanding their international reach without compromising cost per acquisition.

The Solution
We executed a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta and Google, using targeted campaigns and high-intent search to drive consistent conversions. Creative was continuously optimised through A/B testing, while budgets were dynamically shifted toward top-performing channels. A focused push on Complete Package subscriptions led to a 176% YoY increase in sign-ups.
